“My jewelry work is a lifestyle choice.”
“Making jewelry is a holistic way of producing from a pure, incorruptible material. I work in precious and non-precious metals and stones with a focus on Opals and Pearls. I’ve worked in this material over 40 years. This pure and valuable material allows me to work in a regenerative way as often the material can be reused by remelting and recreating.
My style is organic and working with clients I am able to collaborate with them on a custom order to create their vision, either using new or old material, or simply cash out!. Renovate those dated, broken or tired old pieces. Recycling, repairing, remounting stones are all sustainable ways of creating responsibly.”
Eleni’s Greek heritage inspires her passion for her predominately classic and organic style of working in high karat gold. Through family connection and while living on Mykonos, Eleni had the good fortune, through family connection, to visit the 6thC island of Delos often and unaccompanied. Exploring the historic island, she discovered The Dancer. A mosaic symbol in the floor of one of the preserved “homes”, it represents the free spirit, grounded in universal love, peace and the spiritual path. On a recent trip to Delos, she found archeologists working on the restoration of this mosaic floor. They clarified that in fact this is the symbol of the Phoenician Goddess Tanit! Adopting it as her company symbol, it acts as a reminder to lighten up and dance through life! Look for this symbol on Eleni’s’ jewelry as a tag or a stamp.
