Refunds & Returns

There is no refund on custom orders as each piece is individually crafted per your request.

In general, ELENI PRIESTON is not responsible for mail service failures or delays or loss and breakage.

Repairs

Repairs of your personal jewelry is a service ELENI PRIESTON provides, including: REpair, REmounting of stones, REcycling of gold, and appraisals.

Shipping Returns

Prior to shipping, a full credit card payment will be processed. Credit Cards, Venmo, PayPal, and personal checks are all possible payment methods.

If you choose to return an item you purchased from non-custom made inventory, you will have 3 days after product has been received to do so and a full refund will be issued if we determine the item to be in the same condition it was in when it left the studio. Only then will a full refund be processed. You will be responsible for insurance and shipping charges back to us when returning your item. Otherwise all sales are final.
